The MÖNT series is inspired by abstract art. The sculptures, also called möntti (chunk), are my ongoing series. A unique ceramic sculpture. 18,5x7cm

Art ceramics can act as an eye-catcher or complement the collection on the shelf, blending in with the crowd. It brings its beautiful and questioning nature to any space, whether it's a wall relief or a sculpture.

The grittier and more special, the better. In my art ceramics, there are frequent coincidences where glazes play a large role. Inspired by the jaggedness and unfinished surface brought by hand-making, which makes each piece unique, even if the shape is a replica.

As a general rule, art ceramics are not intended as utility ceramics, for example vases, unless specifically mentioned.
